The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Covington Chargers (Covington, TN) and the visiting Fayette Ware Wildcats (Somerville, TN), saw Covington's soccer squad knock off Fayette Ware by a margin of 3-1.

The Chargers now sport a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Millington Central for a 2A District 15 test on Friday, May 13. Covington will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Hamilton (Memphis, TN). The Trojans record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, Fayette Ware drops to 7-6 on the season.
