Massachusetts High School Softball - Bishop Feehan gets by Bishop Stang

The Bishop Feehan Shamrocks (Attleboro, MA) softball nipped the host Bishop Stang Spartans (North Dartmouth, MA), 7-6 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Shamrocks (12-1) will now prepare for their bout against Bridgewater-Raynham (Bridgewater, MA). The Trojans go into the non-league bout with a 6-5 record. In their last bout, Bridgewater-Raynham was edged by Greater New Bedford RVT (New Bedford, MA), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to New Bedford for a non-league bout on Friday, May 13. Bishop Stang will confront a Whalers squad coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Somerset Berkley Regional (Somerset, MA). The Whalers record now stands at 8-5.
