In Wednesday's league contest, the DuBois Beavers (DuBois, PA) softball team the host Punxsutawney Chucks (Punxsutawney, PA), by a margin of 4-2.

With the triumph, DuBois moves its record to 12-1 on the year. The Beavers travel to DuBois Central Catholic (DuBois, PA) to play the Cardinals in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 14. The Cardinals come into the contest with a record of 15-1. DuBois Central Catholic won 16-1 in their recent non-league contest against Kane (Kane, PA)
