The Nashoba Regional Chieftains the visiting Groton-Dunstable Crusaders softball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Chieftains (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Marlborough (Marlborough, MA). The Panthers go into the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Marlborough nudged North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA), 14-6, in a non-league battle.

The Crusaders now possess a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Algonquin Regional for a non-league battle on Friday, May 13. Groton-Dunstable will meet a Titans squad coming off a 19-0 non-league loss to Oakmont Regional (Ashburnham, MA). The Titans record now stands at 1-8.
