With the triumph, Hopewell-Loudon moves its record to 19-2 on the year. The Chieftains travel to Lakota (Kansas, OH) to clash with the Raiders in a Sandusky Bay - River game on Wednesday, May 18. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 3-5.

In their next game, the Stockaders clash with the Ross Little Giants (Fremont, OH) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 13. Old Fort will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Little Giants come into the game with a 1-8 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Ashland (Ashland, OH).
