The Kaynor Tech Panthers routed the visiting Whitney RVT Owls softball squad by a count of 15-3 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Panthers (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Wilby (Waterbury, CT). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 2-13 record.
The Owls now have a 0-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilcox RVT for a Connecticut Tech game on Friday, May 13. Whitney RVT will clash with a Indians team coming off a 15-2 non-league loss to East Hampton (East Hampton, CT). The Indians record now stands at 11-5.
