California High School Softball - Patrick Henry bounces University City

Patrick Henry Patriots (San Diego, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting University City Centurions (San Diego, CA), 12-2 in a league challenge.

The Patriots now own a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scripps Ranch for a City Western challenge on Friday, May 13. Patrick Henry will face a Falcons squad coming off a 8-1 league loss to Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 5-19.

In their next game, the Centurions clash with the Mission Bay Buccaneers (San Diego, CA) in a City Western game, on Friday, May 13. University City will attempt to improve on its 7-16 season record. The Buccaneers come into the game with a 14-7 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Bayfront Charter (Chula Vista, CA).
