In Thursday's league game, the visiting West Bridgewater Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 12-2 victory over the Bishop Connolly Cougars.
The Wildcats (7-7) will now prepare for their game against St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 8-5 record. In their last game, St. John Paul II was overwhelmed by Barnstable (Hyannis, MA), 11-1, in a non-league game.
The Cougars (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Westport (Westport, MA). The Wildcats go into the Mayflower 1 game with a 11-2 record. In their last game, Westport overcame Southeastern RVT (South Easton, MA), 15-4, in a non-league game.
