The Charlottesville Black Knights baseball team (Charlottesville, VA), was overwhelmed 6-1 in Thursday's league outing with the visiting Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA)
The Lions now hold a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Albemarle for a Jefferson outing on Tuesday, May 16. Louisa County will confront a Patriots team coming off a 4-2 league loss to Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 8-9.
Next, the Black Knights confront the Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 12. Charlottesville will attempt to advance on its 3-13 season record.
