The St. Francis Gladiators baseball team (Traverse City, MI), was overwhelmed 15-2 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting Edison Academy Pioneers (Detroit, MI)

The Pioneers now hold a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grosse Pointe North for a non-league outing on Saturday, May 13. Edison Academy will confront a Norsemen team coming off a 7-0 league win over St. Clair (St. Clair, MI). The Norsemen record now stands at 13-5.

Next, the Gladiators confront the Grayling Vikings (Grayling, MI) in a Lake Michigan outing, on Monday, May 15. St. Francis will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Vikings go into the outing with a 11-9 record after their 9-3 league loss to Charlevoix (Charlevoix, MI).
