The Woodgrove Wolverines crushed the host Stone Bridge Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 11-4 in Thursday's league bout.
The Wolverines now possess a 8-11 record. They take the field next when they host Independence for a Potomac match on Friday, May 12. Woodgrove will clash with a team coming off a 3-0 league win over Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The record now stands at 12-1.
The Bulldogs (10-9) will now prepare for their match against Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The Panthers go into the Potomac match with a 5-12 record. In their last match, Potomac Falls was overwhelmed by Independence (Ashburn, VA), 3-0, in a league match.
