Mt. Blue Cougars (Farmington, ME) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), 18-3 in a non-league battle.
The Cougars now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Ararat for a Class B battle on Tuesday, May 16.
In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 16. Maine Central Institute will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Black Bears come into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 11-7 league win over Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME).
