In Thursday's non-league game, the host Bishop Hendricken Hawks baseball team scored a tight 11-5 victory over the Pilgrim Patriots.
The Hawks (13-2) will now prepare for their game against South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI). The Rebels go into the non-league game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, South Kingstown tipped Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI), 6-0, in a non-league game.
The Patriots (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Coventry (Coventry, RI). The Oakers go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Coventry was overwhelmed by Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI), 9-7, in a non-league game.
