Ohio High School Softball - Olmsted Falls nudges Elyria

The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH) and the visiting Elyria Pioneers (Elyria, OH), saw Olmsted Falls's softball squad nip Elyria by a count of 12-11.

The Bulldogs now sport a 7-17 record. They take the field next when they host Berea for a non-league match on Friday, May 12.

With the loss, Elyria falls to 7-10 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Steele (Amherst, OH) to face the Comets in a Southwestern match on Friday, May 12. The Comets enter the match with a record of 14-7. Steele won 6-3 in their recent league match against Berea-Midpark (Berea, OH)
