Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Wilson Magnet Wildcats (Rochester, NY) and the visiting Franklin Bulldogs (Rochester, NY), witnessed Wilson Magnet's softball squad tip Franklin by a count of 16-11.

The Wildcats now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they host School of the Arts for a Class A match on Friday, May 12. Wilson Magnet will face a Silverhawks squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Monroe (Rochester, NY). The Silverhawks record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Franklin moves to 2-8 on the season.
