In Thursday's non-league contest, the Pahranagat Valley Panthers (Alamo, NV) softball team overwhelmed the host Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV), by a margin of 17-9.
With the triumph, Pahranagat Valley moves its record to 18-5 on the year. The Panthers travel to Tonopah (Tonopah, NV) to play the Muckers in a non-league contest on Friday, May 12. In their next game, the Thunderbirds play the Round Mountain Knights (Round Mountain, NV) in a non-league contest, on Friday, May 12. Indian Springs will attempt to move on its 7-13 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 13-6 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Tonopah (Tonopah, NV).
