Kingston Buccaneers (Kingston, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting North Mason Bulldogs (Belfair, WA), 13-3 in a league challenge.

The Buccaneers now own a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bremerton for a 2A Olympic challenge on Friday, May 12. Kingston will battle a Knights squad coming off a 18-7 league win over Bainbridge (Bainbridge Island, WA). The Knights record now stands at 1-9.

With the loss, North Mason falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA) to battle the Vikings in a 2A Olympic challenge on Friday, May 12. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 12-0. North Kitsap won 7-5 in their recent league challenge against Port Angeles (Port Angeles, WA)
