Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL) and the host Orion Chargers (Orion, IL), witnessed Morrison's softball squad prevail over Orion by a count of 10-1.

The Mustangs now sport a 14-9 record. They play next when they host Orion for a Three Rivers West match on Thursday, May 11. Morrison will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Sterling (Sterling, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 7-21.

With the loss, Orion moves to 7-23 on the season. The Chargers travel to Morrison (Morrison, IL) to meet the Mustangs in a Three Rivers West match on Thursday, May 11.
