Pennsylvania High School Softball - Sullivan County topped by Northwest Area

May 11, 2023: Laporte, PA 18626

The Northwest Area Rangers softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Sullivan County Griffins to 1 in the Rangers league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Northwest Area moves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Rangers travel to Millville (Millville, PA) to clash with the Quakers in a Mid-Penn D4 game on Monday, May 15. The Quakers come into the game with a record of 3-11.

In their next game, the Griffins clash with the Columbia Montour Vo-Tech Rams (Bloomsburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn D4 match, on Friday, May 12. Sullivan County will attempt to advance on its 7-8 season record.
