New York High School Softball - Salmon River thwarted by St. Lawrence Central

The Salmon River Shamrocks softball team (Fort Covington, NY), was routed 19-4 in Thursday's league test with the host St. Lawrence Central Larries (Brasher Falls, NY)

Coming up next, the Larries encounter the Massena Red Raiders (Massena, NY) in a Section 10 Central test, on Friday, May 12. St. Lawrence Central will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Red Raiders come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 19-1 league win over Potsdam (Potsdam, NY).

The Shamrocks (1-8) will now prepare for their test against Gouverneur (Gouverneur, NY). The Wildcats come into the Section 10 Central test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Gouverneur was routed by Canton (Canton, NY), 11-2, in a league test.
