Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Almira-Coulee-Hartline Warriors (Coulee City, WA) and the visiting Pomeroy Pirates (Pomeroy, WA), saw Almira-Coulee-Hartline's baseball squad knock off Pomeroy by a count of 15-5.
The Pirates now possess a 16-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orcas Island for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 14. Pomeroy will play a Vikings squad coming off a 12-6 non-league win over Crosspoint (Bremerton, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 16-5.
