The Chugiak Mustangs baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Dimond Lynx to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Saturday.

The Mustangs (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Service (Anchorage, AK). The Cougars go into the Cook Inlet match with a 13-0 record. In their last match, Service gained a win over Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK), 12-0, in a non-league match.

The Lynx (1-10) will now prepare for their match against Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Thunderbirds go into the Cook Inlet match with a 4-9 record. In their last match, Bettye Davis East Anchorage was overwhelmed by South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK), 7-5, in a non-league match.
