The Hotchkiss School Bearcats baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans to 6 in the Bearcats league victory on Saturday.
The Bearcats (4-12) will now prepare for their match against Berkshire School (Sheffield, MA). The Bears go into the non-league match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, Berkshire School was edged by Canterbury School (New Milford, CT), 11-7, in a league match.
The Pelicans (8-10) will now prepare for their match against Trinity-Pawling School (Pawling, NY). The Pride go into the Founders match with a 3-13 record. In their last match, Trinity-Pawling School was edged by Kent School (Kent, CT), 7-2, in a league match.
