Illinois High School Volleyball - Stagg can't hold off Hinsdale South

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Hinsdale South Hornets volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Stagg Chargers.
The Hornets (20-9) will now prepare for their battle against Addison Trail (Addison, IL). The Blazers come into the West Suburban battle with a 5-22 record. In their last battle, Addison Trail was edged by Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Chargers encounter the Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) in a Southwest Suburban battle, on Tuesday, May 14. Stagg will attempt to move on its 13-17 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 27-7 record after their 2-0 league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL).
