In Saturday's league contest, the Wilmington Friends Quakers (Wilmington, DE) lacrosse squad edged the host St. Andrew's Cardinals (Middletown, DE), by a count of 11-10.
The Cardinals now own a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hodgson Vo-Tech for a non-league contest on Monday, May 13. St. Andrew's will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 7-6 league loss to Christiana (Newark, DE). The Eagles record now stands at 6-9.
