New York High School Softball - Franklin Academy bounces Potsdam

The Franklin Academy Huskies (Malone, NY) softball routed the visiting Potsdam Sandstoners (Potsdam, NY), 7-2 in Saturday's league bout.
The Huskies (9-3) will now prepare for their bout against Norwood-Norfolk (Norwood, NY). The Flyers go into the Section 10 East bout with a 3-12 record. In their last bout, Norwood-Norfolk was routed by Canton (Canton, NY), 20-0, in a league bout.
The Sandstoners now possess a 0-13 record. They play next when they travel to Massena for a Section 10 Central bout on Monday, May 13. Potsdam will confront a Raiders squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Watertown (Watertown, NY). The Raiders record now stands at 4-12.
