The Mount St. Dominic Academy Lions (Caldwell, NJ) softball routed the host Glen Ridge Ridgers (Glen Ridge, NJ), 9-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Lions (21-1) will now prepare for their bout against West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ). The Knights go into the non-league bout with a 6-13 record.

The Ridgers now possess a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Millburn for a SEC - Liberty bout on Monday, May 13.
