In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Kimball Cubs softball team scored a close 2-1 win over the Spectrum Sting.

Coming up next, the Cubs battle the Maple Lake Irish (Maple Lake, MN) in a Central Minnesota outing, on Tuesday, May 14. Kimball will attempt to upgrade on its 18-0 season record. The Irish enter the outing with a 1-14 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Royalton (Royalton, MN).
