Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host St. Croix Prep Lions (Stillwater, MN), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Holy Family Catholic for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 13. Maranatha Christian Academy will face a Fire squad coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Willmar (Willmar, MN). The Fire record now stands at 10-5.

With the loss, St. Croix Prep falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Breck (Minneapolis, MN) to face the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 14. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 2-8.
