In Monday's league test, the Ellington Knights (Ellington, CT) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Suffield Wildcats (West Suffield, CT), by a tally of 12-0.

Next, the Knights meet the Rockville Rams (Vernon, CT) in a North Central Connecticut test, on Wednesday, May 13. Ellington will attempt to advance on its 12-2 season record. The Rams go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 8-2 league loss to Granby Memorial (Granby, CT).

The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Granby Memorial (Granby, CT). The Bears go into the North Central Connecticut test with a 12-5 record. In their last test, Granby Memorial prevailed over East Windsor (East Windsor, CT), 30-8, in a league test.
