The Metea Valley Mustangs baseball team (Aurora, IL), 11-9 in Thursday's league outing with the host Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL)
The Redhawks now hold a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host DeKalb for a DuPage Valley outing on Friday, May 13. Naperville Central will confront a Barbs team coming off a 10-1 league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Barbs record now stands at 4-18.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Schaumburg Saxons (Schaumburg, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, May 14. Metea Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 8-13 season record. The Saxons come into the test with a 7-15 record after their 16-1 league loss to Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL).
