Connecticut High School Baseball - Montville loses to Woodstock Academy

In Thursday's league game, the visiting Woodstock Academy Centaurs baseball team scored a nice 16-4 victory over the Montville Indians.

The Centaurs (12-4) will now prepare for their game against Valley Regional (Deep River, CT). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Valley Regional toppled Canton (Canton, CT), 11-0, in a non-league contest.

The Indians now sport a 3-13 record. They play next when they host New London for a Eastern Connecticut - Division II contest on Saturday, May 14. Montville will encounter a Whalers squad coming off a 4-3 league loss to Bacon Academy (Colchester, CT). The Whalers record now stands at 7-9.
