The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Malden Golden Tornados (Malden, MA) and the host Revere Patriots (Revere, MA), saw Malden's volleyball squad nip Revere by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Malden upgrades its record to 15-1 on the year. The Golden Tornados host Arlington (Arlington, MA) to play the Spy Ponders in a Middlesex bout on Monday, May 16. The Spy Ponders go into the bout with a record of 1-8.

The Patriots now own a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School for a non-league bout on Monday, May 16.
