The Nichols Vikings (Buffalo, NY) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting St. Francis Red Raiders (Hamburg, NY), 15-6 in Thursday's league outing.
With the win, Nichols upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Vikings host Bishop Timon-St. Jude (Buffalo, NY) to meet the Tigers in a Monsignor Martin challenge on Tuesday, May 17. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 1-11. Bishop Timon-St. Jude lost 18-2 in their recent league challenge against St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY)
The Red Raiders (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY). The Marauders enter the Monsignor Martin challenge with a 11-3 record.
