The North Middlesex Regional Patriots lacrosse team scored 15 points and held the host Oakmont Regional Spartans to 4 in the Patriots league win on Thursday.
The Patriots (11-4) will now prepare for their match against Westborough (Westborough, MA). The Rangers go into the non-league match with a 3-8 record. In their last match, Westborough was overwhelmed by Wachusett Regional (Holden, MA), 14-12, in a league match.
