In Thursday's league test, the host Waterford Lancers lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Norwich Free Academy Wildcats.
The Lancers now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hall for a non-league test on Saturday, May 14. Waterford will face a Warriors squad coming off a 18-8 non-league loss to Simsbury (Simsbury, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 6-6.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 14. Norwich Free Academy will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The River Hawks come into the test with a 7-5 record after their 13-5 league win over RHAM (Hebron, CT).
