In Thursday's league battle, the host Albemarle Patriots soccer squad scored a good 8-0 win over the Goochland Bulldogs.
The Patriots (12-2) will now prepare for their battle against Louisa County (Mineral, VA). The Lions go into the Jefferson battle with a 0-14 record. In their last battle, Louisa County was overwhelmed by Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA), 8-0, in a league battle.
