Illinois High School Softball - Jacobs Dundee-Crown

In Thursday's league challenge, the Dundee-Crown Chargers (Carpentersville, IL) softball squad triumphed over the host Jacobs Golden Eagles (Algonquin, IL), by a margin of 7-2.

With the triumph, Dundee-Crown moves its record to 10-14 on the year. The Chargers travel to Harlem (Machesney Park, IL) to play the Huskies in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 17. The Huskies come into the contest with a record of 14-9.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles play the McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL) in a Fox Valley challenge, on Friday, May 13. Jacobs will attempt to upgrade on its 9-15 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 16-7 record after their 8-6 league win over Central (Burlington, IL).
