The East Peoria Raiders softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Morton Potters to 0 in the Raiders league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, East Peoria moves its record to 25-5 on the year. The Raiders host Pekin (Pekin, IL) to clash with the Dragons in a Mid-Illini game on Tuesday, May 17. The Dragons come into the game with a record of 13-9.

In their next game, the Potters clash with the Limestone Rockets (Bartonville, IL) in a Mid-Illini game, on Tuesday, May 17. Morton will attempt to move on its 8-17 season record. The Rockets come into the game with a 4-12 record after their 2-2 non-league Brimfield (Brimfield, IL).
