The Hayden Wildcats softball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting West Point Warriors to 1 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Hayden improves its record to 18-4 on the year.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Ardmore Tigers (Ardmore, AL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 12. West Point will attempt to improve on its 26-9 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 31-18 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to West Point (Cullman, AL).
