Mount Greylock Regional Mounties (Williamstown, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mahar Regional Senators (Orange, MA), 30-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Mounties now sport a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Frontier Regional for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 13.
With the loss, Mahar Regional falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Senators host Pioneer Valley Regional (Northfield, MA) to play the Panthers in a PVIAC - Franklin contest on Monday, May 16. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
