The Dakota Cougars baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils to 3 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars (11-5) will now prepare for their match against Utica Ford (Sterling Heights, MI). The Falcons go into the Macomb Area - Red match with a 7-9 record.
The Blue Devils (16-6) will now prepare for their match against Notre Dame Prep (Pontiac, MI). The Fighting Irish go into the non-league match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Notre Dame Prep edged Berkley (Berkley, MI), 3-2, in a non-league match.
