Massachusetts High School Softball - Archbishop Williams bounces Cardinal Spellman

The Archbishop Williams Bishops routed the visiting Cardinal Spellman Cardinals softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Friday's league battle.

The Bishops (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Arlington Catholic (Arlington, MA). The Cougars go into the Catholic Central - Large battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Arlington Catholic topped Shawsheen Valley Tech (Billerica, MA), 15-3, in a non-league battle.

The Cardinals now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Monomoy for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 13. Cardinal Spellman will meet a Sharks squad coming off a 7-3 league win over Sandwich (East Sandwich, MA). The Sharks record now stands at 8-6.
