North Carolina High School Softball - West Stanly bounces Bandys

West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Colts now own a 25-1 record. They take the field next when they host Maiden for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 16. West Stanly will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 11-4 non-league win over R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 20-3.

With the loss, Bandys falls to 20-5 on the campaign.
