In Monday's league game, the visiting Alfred-Almond Eagles baseball team scored a nice 20-4 win over the Jasper-Troupsburg Wildcats.

The Eagles (7-6) will now prepare for their game against Addison (Addison, NY). The Knights go into the Section 5 Steuben County game with a 8-4 record. In their last game, Addison was overwhelmed by Wellsboro (Wellsboro, PA), 17-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Wildcats play the Hammondsport Lakers (Hammondsport, NY) in a Section 5 Steuben County game, on Tuesday, May 13. Jasper-Troupsburg will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Lakers go into the game with a 2-8 record after their 17-2 non-league win over Mount Morris (Mount Morris, NY).
