In Monday's league game, the visiting Hopedale Blue Raiders baseball team scored a nice 14-3 win over the Douglas Tigers.

The Blue Raiders (11-4) will now prepare for their game against Oxford (Oxford, MA). The Pirates go into the non-league game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Oxford was overwhelmed by Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA), 5-3, in a league game.

Next, the Tigers play the Quabbin Regional Panthers (Barre, MA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 13. Douglas will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 6-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Littleton (Littleton, MA).
