Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Franklin loses to Grove City

The Franklin Knights baseball squad (Franklin, PA), was overwhelmed 11-0 in Monday's league contest with the host Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA)

With the triumph, Grove City moves its record to 4-13 on the season. The Eagles travel to Clarion Area (Clarion, PA) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 14. The Bobcats come into the contest with a record of 12-5. Clarion Area won 6-3 in their recent non-league contest against Greenville (Greenville, PA)

The Knights now possess a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oil City for a District 10 Region 2 contest on Wednesday, May 14. Franklin will confront a Oilers squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Titusville (Titusville, PA). The Oilers record now stands at 5-11.
