In Monday's league game, the visiting Granite Hills Eagles baseball team scored a nice 13-0 victory over the Grossmont Foothillers.

The Eagles (19-0) will now prepare for their game against Valhalla (El Cajon, CA). The Norsemen enter the Grossmont Hills game with a 7-18 record. In their last game, Valhalla was overwhelmed by Helix (La Mesa, CA), 6-1, in a league game.

Next, the Foothillers face the El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) in a Grossmont Hills contest, on Tuesday, May 13. Grossmont will attempt to move on its 10-16 season record. The Vaqueros come into the contest with a 9-14 record after their 5-2 league loss to Helix (La Mesa, CA).
