New Hampshire High School Baseball - Hollis-Brookline nipped by Souhegan

Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Hollis-Brookline Cavaliers (Hollis, NH), 3-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, Souhegan advances its record to 10-1 on the season. The Sabers host ConVal (Peterborough, NH) to battle the Cougars in a Division II match on Wednesday, May 14. The Cougars come into the match with a record of 3-9. ConVal lost 9-3 in their recent league match against Pelham (Pelham, NH)

The Cavaliers now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Laconia for a Division II match on Tuesday, May 13. Hollis-Brookline will battle a Sachems squad coming off a 4-3 league loss to Lebanon (Lebanon, NH). The Sachems record now stands at 1-8.
