The Montgomery Red Raiders (Montgomery, PA) baseball the host Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA), 5-3 in Monday's league challenge.

The Red Raiders now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they host Bucktail for a Mid-Penn D4 challenge on Thursday, May 15. Montgomery will clash with a Bucks team coming off a 17-3 league loss to Muncy (Muncy, PA). The Bucks record now stands at 1-13.

With the defeat, Northwest Area drops to 12-6 on the year. The Rangers host Sullivan County (Laporte, PA) to clash with the Griffins in a Mid-Penn D4 challenge on Wednesday, May 14. The Griffins go into the test with a record of 3-10.
